When you make a reservation on the Solo Society City House Vilnius website, you only pay a 700 EUR deposit. When you arrive at our coliving, you will be given a rental agreement to sign.
We send rent invoices to the email address provided in your booking on the last working day of each month. Our coliving only uses online payments through Paysera payment provider, which accepts credit cards, internet banking, Revolut, and other methods.
No, the deposit is a separate payment that is refunded to you at the end of your stay.
You may leave the coliving before your departure date. However, as stated in the rental agreement, if you terminate your contract early, you will not receive your deposit back, and additional charges may also apply.
Yes, it is possible to extend your rental agreement. However, you must request the extension at the reception a month in advance to check the availability of our coliving and the possibility for extension.
If the rent is not paid on time, the resident's access to the room is restricted.
When moving in, you will find one set of bed linen and a kitchenette with appliances like a microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, and induction cooktop. There are no bins or toiletries provided, so we recommend getting them in advance.
There is no cutlery and pots for long-term reservations. On each floor, there is a shared kitchen where you can find pots and cutlery for borrowing.
There is a laundry room on the fifth floor that operates with the Appwash app.
Yes, we are pet-friendly. The monthly fee is 15 EUR per pet.
If you have guests staying overnight, you must inform the reception of the guest's name and the duration of their stay. Your friend can stay for free for 2 nights; any additional night costs 19 EUR per night per person.
Yes, you can declare your residency in our coliving. There is a fee of 50 EUR for this service.
Yes, you can have a PO box with your name for 5 EUR per month.
We have a WhatsApp group chat where all residents share their questions or daily updates. For important information or updates, the administration sends emails to all residents.
If you encounter a maintenance issue, please inform the reception through the Flanco app or via email. Our maintenance man is on-site every workday and will fix your issue as soon as possible.
If you experience any inconvenience with other guests, please inform the reception. During after-work hours, please inform our night shift colleague about the issue via our reception number +37062033643. If you encounter any life or health-threatening situations or emergencies, you must contact the emergency number 112 immediately.
If you wish to use common areas like the study room, cinema room, or game room, you may check the availability in the Flanco app if no one has already reserved the space. The shared spaces are available 24/7.
The reception is open on weekdays from 8 AM to 9 PM, and on weekends from 9 AM to 6 PM.
As your agreement approaches the check-out date, please visit the reception a week before your departure to sign the deposit return form. On the day of your departure, please leave the key card at the reception. Failure to return the key card will result in a fine.
We will proceed with the return of the deposit once we check the room for any damage and receive your last payment. The deposit return can take up to 28 (twenty-eight) business days.
If you lose your entrance card, please inform the reception immediately to arrange a replacement. The fee for a lost card is 50 EUR.
